RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Details

Puhr Luxx Enterprises, LLC accepts eligible returns requested within 10 business days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
